Shipping Policy
  • Order Processing Time: All in stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Estimates: 

    For orders $70.00 and over, standard shipping is free.

    Standard Shipping for orders under $70.00
    $8.00 flat rate
    Arrives within 4 to 7 business days

    Expedited Shipping
    $15.00 flat rate
    Arrives in 3 to 4 business days

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  

    Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  • International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside of the USA. 
  • Damages: Calypso Crochet Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
